You can visit us on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month: We are happy to help you in person on those days.
We are on vacation until January. Our next consultation hours are: Friday, 3 January, and Friday, 17 January – both from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
You can also receive personal advice at other times. Just get in touch with us. A personal consultation is also possible by telephone or, if desired, by video.
Who Is It For?
People with a mental health condition and their relatives in the district of Tübingen can contact us if they

- have questions about care,
- need counselling,
- want to complain about their treatment or care.

Who we are
The counselling team at the information, counselling and complaints centre is a team made up of representatives from three different groups: Trialogue means that the team consists of affected persons, relatives and specialists.
We look forward to welcoming you to our consultation hour.
We are there for you in our personal consultation hours every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 3.00 to 5.00 pm.
